Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried parlsey
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried onion powder
  • 10 grinds fresh black pepper
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Ina medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, dried parsley, vinegar, salt, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Whisk until combined. Whisk in the water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency (I like using 4 tablespoons - or a ¼ cup - to make it thick and creamy but pourable.)
  • Taste and adjust seasonings. Makes about 1½ cups.

Notes

Substitutions
You can use yogurt, Greek yogurt or sour cream in place of the mayonnaise. Make sure to use dairy-free versions if necessary. You might need to adjust the amount of seasonings and water.
You can use 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley instead of dried.
You can use 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill instead of dried.
You can add 1 teaspoon minced chives.
You can use 1 small, minced garlic clove instead of dried.
Make ahead
You can keep it in the fridge, using the expiration date on the mayonnaise as your deadline for the dressing.
Freezing info
I do not recommend freezing this.
